We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable outing to continue of support of The Arthur C. Luf Children's Burn Camp, a summer camp for young burn survivors.

All of proceeds from this event will benefit the children of The Arthur C. Luf

Children's Burn Camp in Union Connecticut, a summer camp for young burn survivors. As we have in years past, we are asking you, our friends in the community to join us and help us support these amazing young boys and girls, and provide them with summer camp experience they will never forget.

There are several ways you can help.

A little information about our cause:

In 1991 a summer camp was established for young burn survivors between the ages of 8 and 18. The camp sits on a beautiful 253-acre property in Killingworth, Connecticut, complete with a lake for swimming, boating, and fishing. There is also an archery range, a ropes confidence course, field games, firefighter games, and an outdoor stage to perform skits, as well as many other activities. For one week each July young burn survivors attend the camp free of charge. Our campers come from not only here in the USA, but from around the world.

The all volunteer staff is made up of firefighters, nurses, healthcare professionals, and teachers from all over the country, who donate their time to ensure a week these kids, will never forget. This one-week of camp costs approximately $100,000, which is all raised through donations. Since 2003, Millburn Firefighters have raised over $80,000+ to provide needed supplies for each of the campers in attendance.

We would like to thank you for your past support and look forward to your help again this year. It is with your support that we can continue to provide assistance to the "Children's Burn Camp" and give these kids a great week of fun and excitement.
